Safety and risk management way back when used to be managed by a single person.That was a single point of failure.It didn't really work and it certainly didn't scale.Today's Events are challenging and multi-faceted — operations are significantly more complex and the evaluating the risk matrix for Events of all sizes is not an easy task.Once upon a time it was fine for someone like a Production Manager to act as a one-armed paperhanger, hoping to keep a span of control on the operations beyond the performance (as if a stage and artists aren't a full-time job on their own), depending on hourly security companies to self manage their own personnel and the risk mitigation, and hoping that nothing went wrong.Hope is not a strategy.No matter the size, scope, or scale, SHO personnel simply make Events better. Our events operate more efficiently and effectively with less risk and higher degrees of safety.SHO isn't a company based on volume. We don't choose to partner with every customer that approaches us. Our focus is long-term and 80% of our customers have been partners with us for more than ten years.We were early pioneers in how we approached events and entertainment. Now we lead the industry and keep raising the bar for event safety and risk management. Our lifecycle for iterative improvements measures in weeks and months, not in years.They say that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. - Internal App: if an authorized SHO user connects the Internal App to SHO's QuickBooks Online company, the app accesses company accounting data through Intuit's API. That can include customers, vendors, invoices, bills, payments, accounts, and financial reports. We do not use the Internal App to collect data from the general public.How we use it

Effective date: September 2, 2026This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between SHO Services, LLC ("SHO," "we," "us") and the individual or entity accessing https://shoservices.com or SHO's private, internal QuickBooks Online integration (the "Internal App").The Internal App is a private tool for authorized SHO personnel. It is not offered to the public and is not listed on the Intuit App Store. QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. SHO is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit except as a QuickBooks Online customer using Intuit's APIs.License
SHO grants authorized SHO personnel a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Internal App solely for SHO's internal business, including read access to SHO's QuickBooks Online company data.
